National Medical University n.a. O.O. Bogomolets is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine. It was founded in September 1841.

National Medical University n.a. O.O. Bogomolets situated in Kiev, which is the capital and the largest city in Ukraine. Today Kiev is an important educational and culture center of Ukraine.  There are many museums, monuments, theatres, cinemas, libraries and places for students in Kyiv. Teaching staff of the University counts 1, 200 scientists and teachers, among which: 137 professors, 188 doctors of sciences, 341 assistant professors and 719 candidates of sciences. They help international students achieve their purpose to become qualified doctors and committed to succeed.

The University has 12 faculties, 7 institutes and centers, 78 departments, 30 divisions and laboratories. Medical School within 4 faculties of “General Medicine”, “Pediatrics”, “Preventive Care”, including programs, available in English.

Over 13,000 students, doctors-interns, masters, residents, post-graduates and persons, studying Medicine. Among them there are  about 1,200 international students.

Tuition fees

University has in total 7 hostels. The University campus with a very big complex structured building with 17 floors and 2 wings for national and international students. Students are offered place in the hostel on an individual contract system. 2-3 Students share a hostel room. Each hostel room in fully furnished with most basic necessities like a bed, wardrobe, study table, chair, bookshelf, Mattress etc.
